Wynette Winkler, senior financial manager for the Cal Poly College of Engineering, was recognized for her expansive volunteer work with the Alzheimer’s Association in the California Central Coast Chapter’s recent newsletter.
Wynette is no stranger to service work. She has been facilitating the Alzheimer’s Association Adult Children of Aging Parents Support Group for eight years. She also facilitates a monthly support group for Hospice of San Luis Obispo and serves as an End-of-Life Doula and respite care volunteer.
